Our retention rate is above 80% compared to the industry average of 40% after the first year. One reason is that our mission was to target applicants pursuing a career in healthcare.

  • Regular training and mentorship programs that prepare employees for promotions (e.g., transitioning from aide roles to administrative or supervisory positions).
  • A culture of recognition, such as quarterly awards or bonuses for meeting care milestones.
  • Low client-to-aide ratios to reduce burnout.

Such agencies often report higher satisfaction not just among employees but also among care recipients, who benefit from consistent, high-quality care.

At Andmore Care, we emphasize hiring caregivers who not only meet standard qualifications like CPR and First Aid certification but also have specialized training in areas such as dementia care and gerontology, ALS, Stroke, COPD, Diabetes to ESRD and many others. Our caregivers are selected based on their expertise in working with older adults and their demonstrated ability to address the unique challenges faced by this population.

Andmore Care offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to individual needs. Our caregivers assist with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, and meal preparation) while also providing specialized support, such as dementia-friendly care, mobility assistance, and chronic condition monitoring. Additionally, our staff is trained to offer meaningful companionship and social engagement to enhance care recipients’ overall well-being.

We collaborate with your primary care physician and other specialists providing healthcare to the individual and determine what activities and needs are performed. It is important that our caregivers know the health of our care recipients in order to deliver the best care available. In each instance, a personalized assessment process is implemented to understand the medical, emotional, and social needs of each client.  Andmore Care stands out by prioritizing compatibility, matching caregivers not only based on skills and experience but also on personality and communication style to foster strong, trusting relationships.

At Andmore Care, all caregivers undergo rigorous training in CPR, First Aid, and other emergency response protocols. Their certifications are routinely updated to ensure they are fully prepared to handle any unexpected situations effectively. If your loved one has a chronic condition, the caregiver selected will be selected based on their credentials, accreditation, and experience. We believe this is our great differentiator. We are aware of the fact that many families are facing these health troubles for the first time, and undergo the range of emotions that come with their new normal. We know from the feedback that Andmore Care was selected for their loved one’s care because our interdisciplinary team approach encompassed every aspect of care they hoped to have.

Andmore Care places safety at the forefront of our services. We conduct extensive and thorough background checks, verify credentials, and provide ongoing training in safety measures like fall prevention and emergency response. Our caregivers undergo a minimum of 30 hours of orientation, training and accreditation before they may provide care to our care recipients. Additionally, we use a proactive approach to monitoring and preventing risks within the home environment. We have social workers that offer service coordination to provide more benefits and different levels of care based on each individual’s person-centered care plan.

Our caregivers are trained to provide medication reminders and monitor compliance. For care recipients requiring more advanced medical support, our licensed professionals such as RNs or LPNs are there to meet those needs.

Andmore Care ensures high-quality service through regular performance evaluations, care recipient satisfaction surveys, and supervisory visits. For instance, families that are not located near their loved one have login access and can see the activities and tasks performed, with comments and descriptions of how each activity was performed. Also, our caregivers are equipped with tablets that utilize EVV (Electronic Visit Verification).  EVV is to maintain the utmost integrity in our delivery of care. We use this clock in and clock out feature to make sure that we are where we say we are at all times. These are just a few of the many safeguards we have in place to provide the best care available. We maintain open communication with families to quickly address concerns and implement changes when necessary, keeping care standards consistently high. Continuing education is expected to be an active part of our caregivers development and we incentivize our staff to continue growing their credentials.

To provide uninterrupted care, Andmore Care maintains a robust system of on-call backup caregivers. We will never cancel your care or allow for your care to not be delivered. We have oversight and procedures based on regions within our community that are on call. Andmore Care originally produced its sound reputation in the very beginning by being the go-to personal caregiver option when other agencies could not provide care. We ensure that families are never left without support, even in cases of unexpected absences or emergencies, we have you covered.
